【摘要】 利用气相色谱/飞行时间质谱,对乳香油的挥发性成分进行了分析,并用峰面积归一化法计算了各成分的相对含量。通过质谱库检索,辅助英文版精油数据库(ESO 2010版)比对,分析并确定出乳香油中的94个成分,占乳香油挥发性成分的96.27%。乳香油的主要成分为对伞花烃(9.31%)、柠檬烯(8.79%)、α-蒎烯(8.27%)、4-松油醇(6.66%)、对甲基苯异丙醇(6.15%)、氧化石竹烯(4.17%)、马苄烯酮(3.43%)、桃金娘烯醇(3.31%)、(E)-石竹烯(2.75%)、去氢白菖烯(2.75%)、δ-杜松烯(2.75%)、2-癸醇(2.25%)、(E)-香芹醇(2.21%)等。其中,萜类化合物及其衍生物共71个,占乳香油挥发性成分的77.11%。通过保留指数来鉴别同系物及同分异构体,提高了对乳香油中成分定性的准确性,为乳香油的产品开发和应用提供了理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The volatile components of olibanum oil are analyzed by gas chromatography/time-of-flight mass spectrometry,and the peak area normalization method is used to calculate the relative content of each component.With the mass spectrometry library search,94 compounds which account for96.27%in the volatile components of olibanum oil are identified by using reference literature and retention index of ESO database(ESO 2010).Para-cymene(9.31%),limonene(8.79%),alpha-pinene(8.27%),4-terpineol(6.66%),p-cymen-8-ol(6.15%),caryophyllene oxide(4.17%),verbenone(3.43%),myrtenol(3.31%),trans-caryophyllene(2.75%),calamenene(2.75%),delta-cadinene(2.75%),2-decanol(2.25%),trans-carveol(2.21%)are the main components.Among them,71 components are terpenoids and their derivatives,which account for 77.11%in the volatile components of olibanum oil.The homologues and isomers are confirmed by using retention index,the accuracy of compound qualitative analysis in olibanum oil is improved,and the results provide the technical support for the development and application of olibanum oil.更多还原
