【摘要】 糖尿病性类脂质渐进性坏死(NLD)是糖尿病皮肤病变的一种少见类型,发病机制不明,治疗效果不确切。本病发病率低,无相应的诊治指南,易被误诊误治。本文报道了我院诊治的1例严重而且典型的NLD病案,并进行相关文献的复习归纳,旨在提高和加深对本病的认识以免误诊和漏诊,并探讨可能的治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Necrobiosis lipoidica diabeticorum(NLD)is a rare type of skin lesions of unknown etiology,which is mostly associated with diabetes mellitus.The incidence rate of NLD is low.Currently,there is no standardized,effective treatment for this disease.Here,we presented a case with necrobiosis lipoidica diabeticorum with serious and typical lesions,reviewed the related literatures to deepen the understanding of this disease and explored possible treatment.更多还原
