【摘要】 婺州"玉青瓷"是以古代婺州窑青瓷为雏形,经创新而成的具有"青如玉、明如镜、声如磬、透如灯"和"过雨天青色"的独特质感的新型青瓷制品。该制品创新性地采用有别于古代二元、三元配方的六元配方,并在融合龙泉窑和景德镇窑烧制工艺的基础上,创造性地建立了独特的正负压交叉还原烧成技术。本文采用能量色散X荧光光谱分析仪、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、色差计等设备,测试"玉青瓷"的组成、结构和色度等理化指标,并通过与龙泉青瓷、景德镇仿龙泉青瓷等样品进行对比分析,探析婺州窑"玉青瓷"的呈色特征及其独特外观效果的形成机理。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Wuzhou jade-green porcelain is a new celadon product based on the ancient Wuzhou celadon ware and has the unique texture what is green as the jade, bright as the mirror, sound as the chime stone, and transparence as the light. The six-membered formula was being innovatively used what is different form the two-membered and three-membered formula from the ancient times in the producing process. And also the unique positive and negative pressure cross reduction technology was built on the base of the calcination crafts from the longquan kilns and Jingdezhen kilns. The study used the energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence(EDXRF), the scanning electron microscope(SEM), the X-RAY Diffractometer(XRD) and the color difference meter to test the chemical constitute, phase, structure and the chroma of the Wuzhou jade-green porcelain. By comparative analysis with the Longquan samples and Jingdezhen samples, the color generation characteristic and formation mechanism of the Wuzhou jade-green porcelain were discussed.更多还原
