【摘要】 计量检定规程/校准规范是评定量测设备计量特性的技术依据,本文以明渠和管道中使用的流量计、流速仪、水位(深)计、特设量水设施、水工建筑物等水量量测设备的计量检定/校准标准为主要对象,研究总结我国水量量测设备计量检定/校准标准的现状和存在的主要问题,分析了水量量测设备计量检定/校准标准需求,提出20项急需制/修订的水量量测设备计量检定规程/校准规范,为我国水量量测设备计量检定/校准技术标准的近期及中长期发展提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The verification/calibration standards can assess the metrological characteristics of measuring appa-ratus. In open channels and closed conduits,the main measuring apparatus for water flow includes liquidflowmeters,rotating element current-meters,stage gauge,open channel weirs and flumes,and hydraulicstructures. An overview of the current status of verification/calibration standards of water flow measuring ap-paratus is presented in this paper,and the main problems of standards are analyzed. In the end,20 stan-dards for water flow measuring apparatus that are in need of immdeiate reformulation were proposed,whichprovide the basis for medium and long-term plan of verification/calibration standards of water flow measur-ing apparatus.更多还原
