【摘要】 本文通过文献查阅和专家访谈,归纳出与工程争端处理决策相关的25个因素,建立了工程争端输入、过程和结果因素体系和模糊认知图。中心度分析发现,双方间关系和对争端处理结果的主观认知在争端解决中占有核心地位。简单动态分析发现,各因素紧密相关,某一因素发生变化,将会引起其他因素的连锁效应。通过设置情景,对各因素在达到稳定之前的变化情况进行分析,发现第三方公正程度会显著影响争端双方对结果的主观认知。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on literature review and key informant interviews,25 factors relating to dispute resolution are summarized,and the factor system as well as the fuzzy cognitive map of the construction dispute’s input,process and outcome is established.Based on an analysis of centrality degree,this paper finds that the relationship between parties and the subjective cognition of dispute resolution outcome occupy core status in dispute resolution.The simple dynamic analysis suggests that all factors are so closely related that once a certain factor changes,other factors will suffer and the chain effect will emerge.By setting up scenarios,the variation of factors is analyzed,and results show that the fairness of the third party has a significant effect on the subjective cognition of dispute resolution outcome.更多还原
