【摘要】 区域物流的成长是一种协同成长,我国各地区因所处地理位置、资源禀赋、经济发展水平、产业结构、科技水平、人力资源、政府调控、支持力度等方面不同,区域物流发展存在较大差异。为真正促进本地区物流可持续健康发展,必须正确理解区域物流成长与区域物流协同的内涵,客观认识并正确处理区域物流成长与协同间的关系,科学评价本地区物流所处的成长水平与协同水平,在制定物流相关政策时既要考虑结果,也要看到现状,更要关注过程。各地区主管部门、物流企业等只有客观认识区域物流协同成长关系,对本地物流所处的成长水平与协同水平有一个科学、正确的评价,按照区域物流成长规律办事,才能真正促进本地区物流可持续健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The growth of regional logistics is a collaborative growth. Because there are differences among different regions in terms of geographic position,resource endowment,economic development level,and so on,logistic development of different regions are also very different. If different regions want to act in accordance with the growth law of the regional logistics,they must have a scientific evaluation on the growth level and the collaboration level of its regional logistics,and have an objective understanding of the relationship between regional logistics growth and regional logistics collaboration. In formulating logistics related policies,they should take result,current situation and process into consideration. Only with the objective understanding of regional logistic synergy growth and the scientific and correct understanding of growth level and synergy level and in line with the regional logistic grow law,will we really promote the sustainable and health development of regional logistics.更多还原
