煤基还原法从镍冶炼渣中提取有价金属的研究

【摘要】 对镍冶炼渣的组分进行了分析,采用煤做还原剂对镍冶炼渣中金属元素进行高温还原,结果表明:主金属元素铁被还原成单质,其他有价金属元素Ni,Cu,Co以合金的形式存在于单质铁中.通过对温度、时间、配碳比和CaO添加量等反应参数的实验研究,得到了最优的反应条件,即温度为1 300℃,时间为60min,配碳比为4,CaO添加量为20%,还原产物中铁的金属化率可达到99.22%.对还原产物进行破碎-磨矿-磁选处理,可得到铁品位89.84%,金属化率96.85%,回收率92.15%,其他金属Cu,Co,Ni回收率≥85%的混合精矿.

【Abstract】 The composition of a nickel smelting slag was analyzed.Using coal as a reducing agent to reduce metal elements of slag at high temperature.The results show that the main metal element of iron was converted into metallic iron,and other valuable metallic elements of nickel,copper and cobalt exist in the reduced product in the form of alloy.The experimental parameters,including temperature,time,coal blending ratio and adding amount of CaO were tested for the optimal conditions,the reduced product with 99.22%of metallized ratio was obtained under 1 300℃,60minutes,coal blending ratio of 4and adding content of CaO of 20%. By the technology of crushing-grinding-magnetic separation,the mixed concentrate of 89.84% Fe grade,96.85% metallized ratio and 92.15% Fe recovery were obtained.The recoveries of other valuable metals were all more than 85%in the mixed concentrate.
