【摘要】 目的了解淮安市常住居民基本技能素养水平分布状况,并探索其影响因素,为制定健康教育干预策略和措施提供依据。方法采用分层多阶段整群随机抽样的方法,于2012年下半年对淮安市15~69岁3480名常住居民进行问卷调查。所得资料进行χ2检验和Logistic回归分析。结果 3480位调查对象具备基本技能素养水平的人数为610人,具备率为17.5%。单因素分析显示,城乡、性别、不同年龄组、不同文化程度、家庭年收入高低,基本技能素养具备率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,相对于农村,城市对基本技能素养影响的OR(95%CI)值为1.295(1.068~1.569);相对于不识字或识字很少,小学、初中、高中/职高/中专、大专/本科及以上对基本技能素养影响的OR(95%CI)值分别为5.299(3.111~9.027)、12.234(7.413~20.189)、26.200(15.628~43.925)、33.254(18.926~58.430);相对于家庭年收入<30 000元,≥30 000元对基本技能素养影响的OR(95%CI)值为1.369(1.115~1.679),均是基本技能素养的危险因素。结论淮安市15~69岁常住居民基本技能素养具备率为17.5%,具备率较低,应加强健康教育干预和监测研究,制定有效的对策和措施,促进基本技能素养水平的全面提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate basic skills of health literacy among residents in Huai’an City,and explore its impact factors in order to establish strategies for health education based interventions.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 3480 residents aged 15-69 year old in Huai’an City.A multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling was used in second half year of 2012.The data were analyzed by χ2-test and logistic regression.Results Among 3480 participants,610 subjects(17.5%) had basic skills.The single factor analysis indicated that residential area,gender,age,education,and income significantly influenced the basic skills(P < 0.01).As shown in multiple regression analysis,residential area in urban(OR = 1.295,95% CI:1.068-1.569),education level(primary school:OR = 5.299,95% CI:3.111-9.027; junior school:OR = 12.234,95% CI:7.413-20.189; high school:OR = 26.200,95% CI:15.628-43.925; and college levels:OR = 33.254,95% CI:18.926-58.430,respectively).The odd ratio was 1.369(95%CI:1.115-1.679) when compared annual income by below and above 30 000 RMB Yuan.Conclusion Only 17.5% of residents(aged 15-69 years old) in Huai’an City have basic skills.Therefore,it is important to reinforce intervention and monitoring procedures and establish effective countermeasures in order to improve health literacy basic skills.更多还原
