低温下抗寒与寒敏感狗牙根生理响应的比较

【摘要】 以抗寒品种新农1号狗牙根及寒敏感品种普通狗牙根为材料,探讨了低温(8℃/4℃,高温14h光照,光照强度4000Lx)及常温(28℃/24℃,高温14h光照,光照强度12000Lx)条件下0d、7d、14d、21d的渗透调节物质及活性氧清除系统的响应机制。结果表明,与常温对照相比低温下两种类型狗牙根体内脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量、SOD和POD活性均显著增加,CAT活性变化不显著;与普通狗牙根相比,低温处理下抗寒品种体内的可溶性碳水化合物积累更多,SOD及POD活性更高且维持高活性时间更长,这可能是其抗寒性较强的原因之一。

【Abstract】 The response mechanism of osmotic adjustment substance and active oxygen scavenging system of cold-resistant(Xinnong No.1bermudagrass)and cold-sensitive(common bermudagrass)bermudagrass at 8℃/4℃(day/night)with a light intensity of 4000Lux over a 14hphotoperiod for 21dor at 28/24℃(day/night)with a light intensity of 12000Lux over a 14hphotoperiod were studied.The results showed that compared with normal temperature control,low temperature induced obvious accumulation of soluble carbohydrate and proline,and increasing of SOD enzyme and POD enzyme activity in both cultivars,except CAT enzyme.Compared with common bermudagrass,Xinnong No.1bermudagrass kept more soluble carbohydrates content,higher SOD enzyme and POD enzyme activity and long time of high activity during low temperature treatment,which may be one of the reasons that Xinnong No.1bermudagrass had high cold resistance.
