【摘要】 源于美国的疾病诊断相关分组与预付款制度(DRGs-PPS)被相继应用于澳大利亚、德国等多个国家,取得了较为显著的成效。为了控制我国医疗费用快速增长势头,国家有关部门也越来越重视DRGs-PPS相关领域的研究。北京等地在一定范围内进行了试点,探索在中国推行DRGs-PPS的可能性。为将DRGs-PPS顺利引入中国,在国内医院推行,确保居民享有医疗保障的基本权利,走出"看病难,看病贵"困境,真正发挥其应有的作用,就应该特别注重与中国特色的卫生体制和保障制度相适应,从成立DRGs-PPS的研究与推进机构、加快DRGs-PPS相关的法制建设、提高病案首页信息填报质量等三个方面入手,确保DRGs-PPS在我国顺利实施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Diagnosis Related Groups and Protective Payment System(DRGs-PPS) which originated from the United States,has been applied successively in countries such as Australia and Germany,resulting in remarkable improvement.In order to curb excessive growth of medical expense,China is also paying more and more attention to research about DRGs-PPS.We have begun to explore possibilities of applying DRGs-PPS in China by piloting DRGs-PPS in Beijing and other areas within certain range.Based on the uniqueness of Chinese healthcare system,we should establish specific institutions for DRGs-PPS’s research and application,speed up the legal system construction,and improve the quality of the front page of medical record content in order to introduce DRGs-PPS into Chinese hospitals successfully and let it play the essential role in guaranteeing the basic right of healthcare for citizens,and solving the problem that it is difficult and expensive for common people to see a doctor.更多还原
