【摘要】 目的:探讨胚胎培养液中可溶性白细胞抗原-G(soluble leukocyte antigen-G,sHLA-G)的表达与早期胚胎发育的关系及其对IVF-ET妊娠结局的影响。方法:留取第3天移植及冷冻后的胚胎培养液,采用ELISA检测sHLA-G的表达水平。结果:1Ⅰ级胚胎与Ⅱ级胚胎培养液中sHLA-G表达水平相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级胚胎培养液中sHLA-G表达水平均明显高于Ⅲ、Ⅳ级胚胎(P<0.05)。2双原核不同细胞数≤4细胞、5~6细胞、7~9细胞对应胚胎培养液中sHLA-G表达水平有增高趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3妊娠组胚胎培养液中sHLA-G的表达水平显著高于非妊娠组(P<0.05)。结论:胚胎培养液中sHLA-G的表达水平可作为预测胚胎质量及妊娠结局的参考指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the relationship between soluble leukocyte antigen- G( sHLA- G) expression in embryo culture medium and early embryonic development and the impact on pregnancy outcome of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer( IVF-ET). Methods: Embryo culture mediums were obtained on the third day of transplantation and after freezing,ELISA was used to detect the expression level of sHLA- G. Results: There was no statistically significant difference in the expression level of sHLA- G in embryo culture medium between gradeⅠ embryo and grade Ⅱ embryo( P > 0. 05). The expression levels of sHLA- G in embryo culture medium of gradeⅠ embryo and grade Ⅱ embryo were statistically significantly higher than those of grade Ⅲ embryo and grade Ⅳ embryo( P < 0. 05).The expression levels of sHLA- G in embryo culture mediums of 4 blastomeres,5- 6 blastomeres and 7- 9 blastomeres embryos from dipronucleus showed increasing trends,but there was no statistically significant difference( P > 0. 05).
