【摘要】 目的:评价在宫颈癌及癌前病变筛查中宫颈液基细胞检测系统(TCT)、高危人乳头瘤病毒DNA(HPV-DNA)检测及阴道镜的应用价值。方法:选取2009年5月~2012年6月在郑州市第二人民医院妇科同时进行TCT、HPV-DAN检测及阴道镜检查的525例患者为研究对象,对其中1项或超过1项检查异常者行病理活检,以病理学为标准对28例阳性结果进行分析评价。结果:TCT阳性83例(ASC 65例,LSIL 12例,HSIL 5例,SCC 1例),HPV-DNA阳性32例,阴道镜检阳性47例。TCT阳性者中病理CINⅠ12例,CINⅡ7例,CINⅢ3例,浸润癌2例;TCT阴性者中,HPV-DNA阳性12例,阴道镜检阳性9例。结论:在宫颈癌及癌前病变筛查中TCT、HPV-DNA检测及阴道镜的应用价值各不相同,应根据患者具体病情及经济状况选择筛查方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the application value of joint detection of TCT,high risk human papillomavirus( HPV-DNA)test and colposcopy in screening of cervical cancer and cervical precancerous lesions. Methods: A total of 525 patients receiving joint detection of TCT,HPV- DNA test and colposcopy in the hospital from May 2009 to June 2012 were selected as study objects,the patients with at least one abnormal result underwent pathological biopsy,the positive results of 28 patients were analyzed and evaluated with pathological diagnosis as the criteria. Results: Eighty- three patients were found with positive TCT result,including 65 patients with ASC,12 patients with LSIL,5 patients with HSIL and 1 patient with SCC; 32 patients were found with positive HPV- DNA test result; 47 patients were found with positive colposcopic result. Among the patients with positive TCT result,12 patients with CINⅠ,7 patients with CINⅡ,3 patients with CINⅢ and 2 patients with invasive cervical carcinoma were found by pathological examination; among the patients with negative TCT result,12 patients were found with positive HPV- DNA test result and 9 patients were found with positive colposcopic result. Conclusion: The application values of TCT,HPV- DNA test and colposcopy vary in screening of cervical cancer and cervical precancerous lesions,the condition and economic status of patients should be concerned when choosing screening methods.更多还原
