【摘要】 目的:评价情感干预在乳腺癌根治术患者的康复效应。方法:采用乳腺癌患者生活质量测定量表FACT-B中文版对患者进行问卷调查,根据情感影响因素实施护理干预,6个月后再次调查干预效应。结果:乳腺癌根治术患者的EWB护理干预前、后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且与年龄、学历、职业有关;PWB、SWB、FWB、AC差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:情感是影响乳腺癌根治术患者康复最主要的因素。乳腺癌根治术患者除了与其他癌症患者相似的情感障碍外,还有其自身的特殊情感障碍,且与年龄、学历及职业有关。了解分析影响患者情感的因素,针对性地做好心理、生理、康复功能方面的护理干预以及自我修饰的指导,有利于提高女性自信心,促进患者的康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effect of emotional intervention on recovery of patients after radical mastectomy. Methods:FACT- B( Chinese version) was used to investigate the patients after radical mastectomy,nursing intervention was performed according to influencing factors of emotions,then the effect was surveyed again after six months. Results: There was statistically significant difference in EWB between before and after nursing intervention( P < 0. 01),which was correlated with age,educational level and occupation; there was no statistically significant difference in PWB,SWB,FWB and AC between before and after nursing intervention( P > 0. 05). Conclusion:Emotion is a most important factor affecting recovery of patients after radical mastectomy; besides the similar emotional disorders with the patients with other types of tumor,the patients after radical mastectomy have their own special emotional disorders,which are correlated with age,educational level and occupation; analyzing the influencing factors of emotion,conducting nursing intervention targeting to psychological function,physical function and recovery and guidance of self- ornament are helpful to improve female self- confidence and promote recovery.更多还原
