高氟环境对骨代谢及钙、镁元素的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨高氟环境对骨代谢及钙、镁元素的影响。方法:对1 060名12~15岁的中学生(调查组为高氟病区吉林省通榆县520例,对照组为吉林省德惠县540例)氟斑牙的患病情况进行了调查,并对血中氟(F)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)元素及碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的水平进行了检测,采用统计学方法对所得数据进行统计学分析。结果:高氟地区中学生氟斑牙患病率(73.1%)明显高于对照组(7.5%)。高氟地区学生血清氟元素水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);而血清Ca、Mg元素的水平调查组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清ALP水平调查组高于对照组但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:高氟环境会显著增加氟斑牙的患病率,同时会导致机体钙、镁元素水平的降低,从而影响了骨的代谢过程。因此,应加强在地氟病流行区采取综合性的措施,减少环境中的氟元素,从而降低高氟对人体所造成的影响。

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of excessive fluorine on bone metabolism,calcium and magnesium levels. Methods: The prevalences of dental fluorosis in 520 middle school students aged 12-15 years old from excessive fluorine region( Tongyu county)( investigation group) and 540 middle school students aged 12-15 years old from Dehui county( control group) were surveyed,the levels of blood fluorine( F),calcium( Ca),magnesium( Mg),and alkaline phosphatase( ALP) in the two groups were detected; the data were analyzed statistically. Results: The prevalence rate of dental fluorosis of middle school students from high level fluorine endemic area was 73. 1%,which was statistically significantly higher than that in control group( 7. 5%). Fluorine level in serum of high level fluorine endemic area was statistically significantly higher than that in control group( P < 0. 01). However,Ca and Mg levels in serum of survey group were statistically significantly lower than those of the in control group( P < 0. 05). ALP level in survey group was higher than that in control group,but there was no statistically significant difference( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: High level fluorine environment may apparently increase the prevalence rate of dental fluorosis,at the same time,high level fluorine environment decrease Ca and Mg levels of organism which eventually affects the process of bone metabolism. Therefore,it is necessary to adopt comprehensive measures in endemic fluorosis areas and reduce fluorine in environment to reduce the impact of high level fluorine on human body.
