排卵期宫颈黏液中细胞影响精子活力的研究
Study on effects of cells in cervical mucus around ovulation in sperm motility
【摘要】 目的:通过检测精子在宫颈黏液(CM)中穿透能力和存活试验,探讨排卵期CM中细胞数量是否影响精子穿透CM能力和生存时间。方法:参照改良Insler评分,排卵期CM≥10分,根据CM中有无及细胞数分为研究A组31例,研究B组25例,对照组30例,采用Kremer’s test评估精子在CM中穿透实验;采用酶联免疫吸附试验法定量检测CM中TNF-α含量。结果:研究组精子在CM中上游距离和数量均差于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),18 h内精子在CM中上游到达7 cm情况,研究组明显少于对照组(P<0.05),研究组间无差异;CM中细胞因子TNF-α含量研究组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不孕患者排卵期CM≥10分,CM中细胞影响精子穿行CM能力;有细胞的CM TNF-α含量高于无细胞。
【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate whether the cells in cervical mucus around ovulation could effect the ability of sperm penetrate cervical mucus and the survival time. Methods: According to the reformed Insler score method,all patients’ cervical mucus score in the study must≥10,all patients were classified to three groups on the basis of cells numbers,the study group A had 31 patients,the study group B had 25 patients,the control group had 30 patients. Kremer’s test was used to estimate the ability of sperm penetrate cervical mucus, enzyme linked immunosorbent assay test was used to detect the content of tumor necrosis factor alpha( TNF-α) in the cervical mucus. Results: Both distance and numbers of sperm penetrated cervical mucus in the study groups were less than control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05),the same result was found in sperm moved in cervical mucus to 7 cm in 18 hours( P < 0. 05),but the results had no difference in two study groups. The TNF-α in cervical mucus around ovulation was different between study group and control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: When infertility patients’ cervical mucus around ovulation Insler score ≥10,the cells in cervical mucus could effect the ability of sperm penetrating and the content of TNF-α is higher in cervical mucus with cells.
