【摘要】 目的:检测肿瘤相关糖抗原sTn在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达并探讨其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化法检测60例子宫内膜癌、30例子宫内膜非典型增生、30例正常子宫内膜患者子宫内膜组织中的sTn表达情况,分析其与子宫内膜癌临床参数的关系。结果:sTn在子宫内膜癌、子宫内膜非典型增生、正常子宫内膜患者子宫内膜组织中的阳性率分别为71.7%、30.0%、6.7%,相互间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);sTn在子宫内膜样癌组织中阳性率为79.6%,高于在浆液性乳头状癌患者子宫内膜组织中的表达(P<0.05);sTn在低分化的子宫内膜癌组织中的阳性率显著高于高分化的子宫内膜癌组织(P<0.05);sTn阳性率在病理晚期(Ⅲ+Ⅳ)、肌层浸润>1/2及发生淋巴结转移的组织中较高(P<0.05)。结论:子宫内膜样腺癌组织中的sTn表达增加,sTn在子宫内膜癌的发生、发展起重要作用,其检测有助于诊断和预后判断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the expression of tumor-associated carbohydrate antigen sTn in endometrial carcinoma,and to explore its clinical significance. Methods: 120 cases were enrolled including 60 cases with endometrial cancer,30 cases with atypical hyperplasia of endometrium,and 30 cases of normal endometrium the expression of sTn was detected by immunohistochemical method. Results: The positive rate of sTn in endometrial carcinoma and atypical hyperplasia of endometrium and normal endometrium were 71. 7%,30. 0%, 6. 7%,which was significantly different from each other( P < 0. 05). Patietns with endometrioid carcinoma got sTn positvie in 79. 6%, significantly higher than that in patients with endometrial serous cystadenocarcinoma( P < 0. 05). The positive rate of sTn in patietns with poorly differentiated endometrial carcinoma was significantly higher than that in patients with highly differentiated endometrial carcinoma( P < 0. 05). The positive rate of sTn in pathological stage( Ⅲ + Ⅳ),muscle invasive > 1 /2 and incidence of lymph node metastases were higher( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: sTn may play a role in the tumorigenesis and development of endometrial carcinoma,it’s helpful for the diagnosis and prognosis.更多还原
