宫颈癌筛查自我效能量表的信效度分析

【摘要】 目的:以Jette开发的宫颈癌筛查自我效能量表为蓝本,修订形成适合中国妇女的中文版宫颈癌筛查自我效能量表。方法:采用自填式Jette自我效能量表调查1575名社区妇女,使用内在一致性信度分析和因子分析对该问卷的信度与效度进行分析。结果:通过内在一致性信度分析将该量表修订为16个条目,修正过的量表的克朗巴哈α系数为0.934,说明量表信度较高。因子分析中KMO统计量为0.874,数据适合做因子分析。选择特征根大于1的因子生成5个量表维度,结合自我效能理论分别定义为"克服生理障碍"、"克服周围人影响"、"克服家庭影响"、"克服时空障碍"和"克服费用障碍"。结论:问卷具有较好的信度和效度,适宜中国城市社区妇女使用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To revise and develop cervical cancer screening self- efficacy scale suitable for women in China by using Jette’s Self- Efficacy Scale as original scales. Methods: A total of 1 575 community women in Shanghai city were investigated by a self-administered questionnaire. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were analyzed by internal consistency reliability analysis and factor analysis. Results: The scale was revised into 16 items according to internal consistency reliability analysis,and its Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was 0. 934,which indicated high reliability. Factor analysis was used,Kaiser- Meyer- Olkin Measure of Sampling Adequacy( KMO) was 0. 874,so the data was suitable for factor analysis. Five factors with eigenvalues greater than 1 were selected and defined as " ability overcome physiology barrier", " ability overcome influence of their surroundings", " ability overcome barriers from family", " ability overcome time and distance",and " ability overcome cost". Conclusion: The revised scale has good reliability and validity,which is adapted for Chinese women in urban community.
