【摘要】 目的纵向分析深圳市盐田区九年间集体儿童的健康状况的变化趋势,为今后集体儿童的卫生保健工作提供指导意见。方法用时间序列比较方法,对盐田区集体儿童2005~2013年的健康状况进行纵向分析。结果盐田区9年期间集体儿童的营养不良发生率总体呈下降趋势,体重低下发生率从1.17%降至0.56%,发育迟缓发生率从0.81%降至0.48%,消瘦发生率从1.01%降至0.54%;肥胖发生率从2.02%增加到5.17%,龋齿发生率从52.97%降至37.45%,视力异常发生率从1.49%增加到3.46%,贫血发生率从2.77%降至2.01%。结论今后盐田区集体儿童卫生保健工作的重点应放在预防儿童肥胖和视力异常的发生上,儿童龋齿和贫血的防控亦不可放松。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To longitudinally analyze the variation tendency of healthy status for collective children during 9 years in Yantian district,so as to provide guidance for health care work of collective children. Methods Time-series comparison method was applied in longitudinally analyzing healthy status of collective children from 2005 to 2013 in Yantian district. Results Overall malnutrition incidenc of collective children in Yantian district during 9 years were decling,incidenc of low weight had declined from 1.17% to 0.56%,incidence of developmental delay had decreased from 0.81% to 0.48%,emaciation incidence reduced from 1.01% to 0.54%;but incidence of obesity had incresed from 2.02% to 5.17%.Besides,incidence of dental caries declined from 52.97% to 37.45%,incidence of abnormal eyesight had increased from 1.49% to 3.46%,and anemia decreased from 2.77% to 2.01%. Conclusion The main health care work for collective children in Yantian district in the future should focus on the prevention of children obesity and abnormal eyesight,besides,dental caries and anemia are also important.更多还原
