医疗真空采血管分拣系统研究

【摘要】 针对目前国内许多市级三甲医院存在每天门诊数量庞大,使用采血管化验项目众多,采用人工分拣劳动强度大、分拣效率低等问题,提出了一款面向医疗真空采血管自动分拣系统。介绍了医疗采血管自动分拣方法设计思路,系统采用DSPIC30f5013芯片作为主控制器,设计了基于2.4 GHz无线通信技术的控制系统硬件结构,通过自动条码扫描模块获取采血管化验项目等相关信息。系统软件设计采用分布式软件设计方法,包括下位机现场控制软件与上位机分拣监控软件。结果表明,该系统可大大提高分拣速率,降低人工分拣强度。

【Abstract】 At present,most of the domestic 3-A class municipal hospitals are facing huge amount of outpatients every day,and numerous laboratory tests are using blood collection tubes. To solve the problems of manually sorting of blood collection tubes,such as labor intensity and low sorting efficiency,the sorting system for medical vacutainers is proposed. The design ideas of automatic sorting method for medical blood collection tubes is introduced,the system uses DSPIC30F5013 chip as the main controller; the control system hardware structure based on2. 4 GHz wireless communication technology is designed,and the automatic bar code scanning module works for acquiring information of laboratory test items of the blood collection tubes. The design of system software adopts distributed software design method,including slave computer field control software and host computer sorting monitoring software. The results show that the system greatly improves the sorting rate,and reduces the labor intensity of manual sorting.
