具有焊接残余应力的矩形薄板固有频率计算方法研究

【摘要】 利用Galerkin原理,获得了具有对接焊接残余应力矩形簿板各阶振型函数所对应的自由振动方程;得到了具有对接焊接残余应力矩形簿板的固有频率计算方法。研究得出:残余应力越大,固有频率变化越大;频率阶数越高,受残余应力影响越大;材料密度和尺寸a、b越大,固有频率受残余应力影响越小等结论。

【Abstract】 The natural vibration equations of all modes for a quadrate thin plate with welding residual stress were derived with Galerkin method. The computational method for natural frequencyies of the quadrate thin plate with welding residual stress was deduced. Some conclusions were obtained. They are that( 1) the larger the residual stress,the larger the change of natural frequencies;( 2) the higher the mode order,the larger the influence of residual stress on natural frequencies;( 3) the larger the mass density of the plate material and the plate geometric sizes,the smaller the influence of residual stress on natural frequencies.
