【摘要】 目的观察重组人白介素-2局部注射递增疗法治疗跖疣的临床疗效。方法选取跖疣患者192例,随机分为两组,治疗组98例,采用白介素-2递增疗法治疗(1次5万U,2次10万U,10次50万U),3d局封1次,10次为一个疗程;对照组94例,采用冷冻治疗,15d冷冻1次,4次为一个疗程。通过8周的治疗得出两组间的效果差异。结果治疗组的有效率为93.88%,治愈率为87.76%,高于对照组的72.34%和64.89%;治疗组复发率为6.98%,低于对照组的31.15%;以上差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论重组人白介素-2局部注射递增疗法治疗跖疣,治愈率高,复发率低,疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the curative effect of increment rhIL-2 local injection on plantar warts. Methods One hundred and ninty two patients with plantar warts were randomly divided into two groups: 98 cases in the treatment group and 94 cases in the control group. The treatment group was treated with increment rhIL-2 local injection therapy( 50 000 units for the first time,100 000 units for the second time,500,000 units for the tenth time,once 3 days,for 10 times),and the control group was treated with cryotherapy( once 15 days,for 4 times). The differences between the two groups could be found after 8 weeks’ treatment. Results The effective rate,cure rate and recurrence rate of the treatment group were 93. 88%,86. 76% and 6. 98% respectively; they were in the control group were 72. 34%,64. 89% and 31. 15% respectively. It was concluded that both the effective rate and the cure rate of the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, whereas the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that in the control group. There was statistically difference between the groups in the effective rate,the cure rate and the recurrence rate( P all < 0. 05). Conclusion The increment rhIL-2 local injection therapy has a definite therapeutic effect on plantar warts with its high cure rate and low recurrence rate.更多还原
