【摘要】 目的:评判南通市第一人民医院(以下简称"我院")烧伤科营养支持药物使用是否规范,为临床正确使用营养支持药物提供依据。方法:采用医院信息系统(HIS)回顾性分析2012年烧伤科住院患者的营养支持状况,根据肠外、肠内营养学临床诊疗指南,判断其在营养支持治疗中的正确性、规范性。结果:165例患者中,86例给予肠外营养,20例肠外+肠内营养支持,1例全肠内营养,58例未给予营养支持;使用糖患者86例,脂肪乳8例,氨基酸10例,重组人生长激素药物76例,谷氨酰胺等制剂未使用。结论:我院烧伤科营养支持基本规范,营养方式的选择有待提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To assess whether the use of nutritional support in Department of burns of Nantong First People’s Hospital( hereinafter referred to as "our hospital") is standard or not so as to provide reference for clinical correct use of nutritional support drugs. METHODS: Hospital Information Systems( HIS) was employed for retrospective analysis regarding the use of nutritional support in the patients hospitalized in the Department of Burn in2012,with the correctness and standardness of the nutritional support assessed in accordance with Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guideline in Parenteral and Enteral Nutriology. RESULTS: Of the total 165 patients,86 were given parenteral nutritional support,20 parenteral nutritional support plus enteral nutritional support,one total enteral nutritional support; 58 were given no nutritional support; 86 patients used sugar,8 fat emulsion,10 amino acids and76 recombinant human growth hormone drug; alanylglutamine and other agents were unused. CONCLUSIONS: The use of nutritional support is standard in general yet in Department of burns of our hospital,the choice of the nutritional style remains to be improved.更多还原
