麻白化痰颗粒的薄层定性质量标准研究

【摘要】 目的:为控制麻白化痰颗粒的质量提供依据。方法:采用薄层色谱法对麻白化痰颗粒处方中的全方药味分别进行定性鉴别。结果:建立了制剂中麻黄、黄芩的薄层色谱鉴别方法。麻黄薄层鉴别中,用展开剂三氯甲烷-甲醇-浓氨试液(10∶1.8∶0.1)能较好分离,且比移值增大,喷以茚三酮试液,在105℃加热至斑点显色清晰,且随着放置时间增加,斑点颜色加深,故列入质量标准;黄芩薄层鉴别中,以展开剂乙酸乙酯-丁酮-甲酸-水(5∶3∶0.5∶0.5)能较好分离,故列入质量标准。结论:制定的麻白化痰颗粒质量标准简便、快速、准确,可以有效控制制剂的质量。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the quality control of Mabai huatan granules. METHODS:The constituents in the preparation including ephedra herb and scutellaria baicalensis georgi were identified qualitatively by thin-layer chromatographym(TLC). RESULTS:The method for identification of ephedra herb and scutellaria baicalensis georgi in the granules has been established. The TLC spectrum of ephedra herb was well-separated using developer Chloroform-methanol-concentrated ammonia solution(10∶1.8∶0.1)with increasing flow rate,which was spayed with ninhydrin test solution and heated at 105 ℃ until presence of clear spot. The spot color deepened with the storage time increases,which were thus included as quality standards. The TLC spectrum of scutellaria baicalensis georgi was well-separated using the developer ethyl acetate-butanone-formic acid-water(5 ∶ 3 ∶ 0.5 ∶ 0.5),which was thus included as quality standard. CONCLUSIONS:The established quality standards of Mabai huatan granules were convenient,rapid and accurate and can be applied for effective control of the quality of Mabai huatan granules.
