畜禽粪便恶臭控制研究及应用进展

【摘要】 随着我国养殖业迅速发展,畜禽粪便污染日益凸显,其中恶臭已成为目前畜禽养殖场主要环境污染之一.因此,畜禽粪便恶臭污染控制和管理,对实现规模化养殖场可持续健康发展具有重要意义.本文重点介绍了恶臭产生的微生物过程、成分以及恶臭气体污染治理技术的研究与应用进展,讨论了恶臭异位控制和原位控制去除技术的优缺点;从安全、经济和可持续发展出发,认为恶臭原位控制技术中的微生物除臭、植物除臭和酶法除臭是今后研究的热点,并指出针对恶臭成分的复杂性,在提高单一方法除臭效率的同时可以利用多种方法组合使用,以达到更好的除臭效果.

【Abstract】 Public hazards of animal production has become increasingly prominent with development of livestock and poultry farming. One of the major environmental problems from livestock and poultry farming is odor pollution resulting from decomposition of manure. Odor is a wide-ranging public nuisance, which has been identifi ed as one of the seven environmental hazards. So control and management for odor is very urgent and significant for sustainable development of large-scale farms. This paper focused on recent progress in research and technologies on control of odor including the microbial process, odor components and pollution control status. The advantages and disadvantages of ectopic control and in-situ odor removal techniques were discussed, and the future researches on deodorization methods proposed. Besides improving the efficiency of single deodorization methods, the review suggested combination of methods to achieve better deodorization efficiency. At last, from the point of view of safety, cost and sustainability, the paper pointed out that the in-situ odor removal methods of microbial, plants and enzymatic deodorization should be further studied.
