【摘要】 诊断尿道狭窄的困难度较低,但容易被误诊为膀胱颈挛缩、尿道结石、前列腺增生症、尿道异物以及神经源性膀胱等。目前治疗该病的方法主要有尿道扩张术、传统开放手术以及腔镜手术3种,其中,钬激光尿道狭窄切开术是较新的手术方法,具有切割精细、损伤小等特点,且复发率较低,但该方法亦存在视野欠清晰、组织辨别不清等弊端。该文对尿道狭窄诊断与主要治疗方法进行了分析与归纳,旨在为该病患者选取合适的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The difficulty of diagnosis of urethral stricture degree is low,but it may easily be misdiagnosed as bladder neck contracture,urethral calculus,benign prostatic hyperplasia,foreign body in urethra and neurogenic bladder. Treatments for this disease mainly include the urethral dilatation,integration of traditional open surgery and endoscopy surgery. Holmium laser line of urethral stricture dissection is a new operation method,which is featured with small incision,little tissue injury and low recurrence rate,but there are still some limitations such as unclear observation fields and indistinguishable tissues. Here is to analyze and summarize the urethral stricture diagnosis and main treatment methods to select the appropriate treatments.更多还原
