【摘要】 目的探讨应用宫腔镜诊治胎物残留的效果。方法 2010年10月—2012年10月我院收治胎物残留患者108例,其中78例选择宫腔镜下清宫,30例盲刮清宫作为对照,观察2组清理胎物残留的效果。结果宫腔镜下手术组发生人流综合征及需要再次手术者明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);手术时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜下诊治胎物残留安全有效,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy of hysteroscope in diagnosis and treatment of embryonic residuals. Methods 108 cases were diagnosed embryonic residuals from October 2010 to October 2012,78 cases received treatment with uterine curettage under hysteroscope,while 30 cases with embryonic residuals treated with uterine curettage were selected as control group. The efficacies in the two groups were observed. Results The group with embryonic residuals were treated with uterine curettage under hysteroscope were found with induced abortion syndrome 、need treated with uterine curettage again was obviously smaller than that of control group. The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscoper is safe,effective used for diagnosis and treatment of embryonic residual,which is worthy to be popularized.更多还原
