【摘要】 目的:探讨窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)联合复方甘草酸苷治疗湿疹的临床疗效和安全性。方法:150例泛发性湿疹患者随机分为观察组和对照A组、对照B组等三组各50例,分别采用NB-UVB联合复方甘草酸苷120 mg,ivd qd、单独复方甘草酸苷120 mg,ivd qd以及单用NB-UVB照射治疗。治疗两周后比较三组EASI评分、临床疗效与药品不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率为90%,明显优于对照A组(70%)和B组(62%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。三组患者均未见明显药品不良反应。结论:NB-UVB联合复方甘草酸苷治疗湿疹疗效明显高于单纯复方甘草酸苷治疗,是治疗湿疹的有效方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the recent effects and safety of combination of narrow band ultraviolet B( NBUVB) and Compound Glycyrrhizin to treat eczema. Methods: 150 patients with eczema were randomly selected into three groups,i. e. therapy group( 50 cases),control group A( 50 cases) and control group B( 50 cases). Patients in therapy group were received Compound Glycyrrhizin 120 mg every day for two weeks by intravenous drip,along with NB-UVB treatment. Patients in control group A were only received Compound Glycyrrhizin by the same way used in therapy group. Patients in control group B were treated with NB-UVB only. The assessment of the clinic effects were made two weeks after the beginning of treatment. Results: After treatment,EASI score of the skin lesion area and skin exfoliation in therapy group were remarkably lower than those in control group B( P < 0. 05). The total effective rates of control group A and control group B were 70% and 62%,whereas that in therapy group was 90% with a significantly difference compared with both control groups( P < 0. 025 or 0. 01). During the whole period of treatment,no adverse drug reactions that could terminate the research were observed. Conclusion: Combination of NB-UVB and Compound Glycyrrhizin is better than alone usage of Compound Glycyrrhizin,suggesting an effective method in the treatment of eczema.更多还原
