【摘要】 目的:了解某三甲医院2012年上报的老年患者药物不良反应(ADR)的发生特点及规律,为特殊人群临床合理用药及药学监护提供参考。方法:对某三甲医院2012年1至12月份上报的所有ADR逐一审查,并对结果进行回顾性分析。结果:在2012年上报的457例ADR中,老年患者的ADR一共163例,占35.7%。涉及药物品种一共65种,15大类。静脉给药方式导致ADR最多(91.4%),引发ADR最多的为抗菌药物(34.4%),ADR临床表现以胃肠系统损害最常见(23.2%)。结论:2012年某三甲医院的老年患者在使用抗菌药物、心血管药物、抗凝及止血剂、抗肿瘤药物时,不良反应发生最为常见,加强这几类药物药学监护和用药宣教,对减少全院老年患者ADR的发生具有极其重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the occurrence characteristics and rules of drug adverse reactions(ADR) in the elderly patients in a hospital in 2012 to provide the references for clinical rational drug use and pharmaceutical care for special groups. Methods:For all the ADRs reported in 2012 in a hospital from January to December were reviewed one by one,and their results were retrospectively analyzed. Results: 163 of the 457 cases of ADR reported in 2012 were elderly patients accounting for 35. 7% and the ADRs,involved in a total of 65 kinds of varieties and 15 categories. The occurrence rate of ADRs induced by intravenous administration was 91. 4%. In all kinds of medicine preparation,antibiotics induced ADRs presented the most portion which took up 34. 4%. The clinical manifestations of ADR as gastrointestinal system damage was the most common(23. 2%). Conclusion:The most common adverse reactions for elderly patients in the hospital in 2012 was antibacterial drugs,cardiovascular drugs,anticoagulation and hemostatic agents and antineoplastic drugs. It would be greatly significant to strengthen the monitoring of these drugs,pharmaceutical care and health education and to reduce the occurrence of ADRs in elderly patients.更多还原
