【摘要】 目的观察该疗法对患者经颅多普勒及治疗前后各症状的影响。方法将80例符合颈性眩晕病人随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组行小针刀及星状神经节阻滞术治疗,对照组行双侧风池穴及颈部夹脊穴针刺治疗。对治疗前后2组患者的症状、体征、椎-基底动脉血流速等指标进行评估,同时观察其总体疗效。结果与对照组比较,治疗组椎-基底动脉平均血流速较治疗前明显升高、症状与体征均有显著改善(P<0.05)。结论小针刀联合星状神经节阻滞术治疗颈性眩晕疗效确切,临床上值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Small needle knife and stellate ganglion block for the treatment of cervical vertigo by observing vertebral basilar artery blood flow velocity in TCD. Methods Eighty patients were divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Small needle knife and stellate ganglion block. The control group was treated with acupuncture. The clinical effect was evaluated by the patients’ symptoms,physical signs and vertebral basilar artery blood flow velocity. Results Contrast with control group,the patients’ symptoms,physical signs and vertebral basilar artery blood flow velocity got much better than treatment group. Conclusion Small needle knife and stellate ganglion block is an effective method for the treatment of cervical vertigo,which is worth clinical application.更多还原
