钙镁对锌湿法冶金的影响及去除工艺研究进展

【摘要】 如何消除锌湿法冶金过程中的钙镁是有色行业所面临的难以完全解决的难题,钙镁离子浓度富集到一定程度,将给生产带来结晶阻塞、电流效率下降以及能耗增加等问题。介绍了钙镁对锌生产各工序的影响,系统地评述了钙镁去除工艺研究现状,加深同行对锌生产过程钙镁的影响的认识,为更好的去除锌生产中钙镁影响的新工艺开发奠定一定的基础。

【Abstract】 How to remove calcium and magnesium during zinc hydrometallurgy is a challenge that cannot be completely solved in nonferrous industry,Calcium and magnesium ion enriching to a certain degree will lead to crystallization block,reduce current efficiency and increase energy consumption,etc. Firstly,the effect of calcium and magnesium on each stages of zinc production is introduced,then the present situation of the technical study on calcium and magnesium removal is reviewed systematically. The purpose of this article is to deepen the understanding of the effect of calcium and magnesium on zinc production,which will lay a foundation for better calcium and magnesium removal in zinc production.
