改进型热风干燥方法对毛竹帘干燥效果的研究

【摘要】 在传统热风干燥毛竹帘的基础上,采用3~5 mm塑料多孔带作为毛竹帘的隔层,并添加微真空除湿系统,研究2种干燥方式对毛称竹帘干燥效率的影响。结果表明,采用3~5 mm塑料多孔带改进毛竹帘的隔层,增强了对流效果;采用微真空除湿系统及时排出滞留室内的湿热空气并回收其潜热,提高了对流换热速度,同时微真空有利于水分从毛竹帘中排出。试验结果证明,采用改进后的微真空除湿系统和多孔带干燥方式,不仅干燥效率明显提高,而且节能效果也比较显著,具有较高的推广应用价值。

【Abstract】 For studying the effect of 2 approaches of hot-air rrying on Mao-bamboo curtains,based on the traditional approach of hot-air drying Mao bamboo curtain,plastic porous zones with 3 ~ 5 mm was used as the curtain’s compartment,and Micro vacuum dehumidification system was added as well. The results showed that the convection efficiency could be enhanced after the improvement of Mao-bamboo’s curtain compartment by using plastic porous zone with 3 ~ 5 mm,and convection. The micro vacuum dehumidification system could promptly discharge the residence indoor hot and humid air and recover the latent heat,and could improve the convective heat transfer rate,and micro vacuum was beneficial to the water discharged from the bamboo curtain. The test results showed that there was significant improvement not only in the drying efficiency but also in energy saving by using the improved micro vacuum dehumidification system and drying approach with plastic porous zones,and it had high value in further applicaiton.
