白僵菌悬乳剂研制及其对玉米螟防治研究
Manufacture of Beauveria bassiana Suspension Emulsion and Its Effect Against Ostrinia furnacalis Guenée
【摘要】 以球孢白僵菌孢子萌发率为指标,从19种助剂中筛选出6种助剂进行不同浓度的配伍,根据悬浮率、乳化时间以及粘度最终确定白僵菌悬乳剂1号和白僵菌悬乳剂2号两种配方。玉米螟幼虫生测结果显示,白僵菌悬乳剂1号、2号和白僵菌高孢粉的LC分别为7.09×10个/mL、5.02×10个/mL和7.03×10个/mLLT分别为192.37 h、136.21 h和213.68 h。玉米生产防效顺序为白僵菌颗粒剂>白僵菌悬乳剂2号>白僵菌悬乳剂1号>克百威。两种白僵菌悬乳剂对玉米螟有明显的毒杀作用,可促进玉米增产。
【Abstract】 Nineteen kinds of chemical auxiliarieswere screened cocultivated with Beauveria. bassiana spores for manufacture of B.bassiana suspension emulsion. According the spore germination rate, six kinds of chemical auxiliarieswere selected. B.bassiana suspension emulsion No.1 and No.2 were obtained, based on the suspension rate,emulsifying time and viscosity test results, respectively. The laboratory bioactivity test indicated that the LC50 against the larvae of Ostrinia furnacalis and that of B.bassiana suspension emulsion No.1, No.2 and spore powder were 7.09×107mL, 5.02×107mL and 7.03×107mL, respectively, and LTof that were 192.37, 136.21 and 213.68 h,respectively. The yield trial results of different emulsions showed that the control effect was granules> suspension emulsion No.2> suspension emulsion No.1> Kebaiwei, a chemical pesticide. The results indicated that both two suspension emulsions in this research were potential for further development.
