【摘要】 目的:探究天然维生素E胶丸对黄褐斑治疗的有效性和安全性。方法:将160例黄褐斑患者随机分为两组,对照组80例采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上采用天然维生素E胶丸进行治疗,采用MASI评分评价两组治疗前、治疗后4周、8周、12周的结果。结果:对照组治疗12周后效果显著(P<0.05),观察组治疗8周后效果显著(P<0.05);12周后观察组MASI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对黄褐斑治疗,应用天然维生素E胶丸,比较安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of natural vitamin E capsules on chloasma treatment. Methods:60 cases with chloasma were randomly divided into two groups. The control group were treated with normal treatment,and the observation group were treated with natural vitamin E capsules based on normal treatment. MASI score was used to evaluate the result of 4,8 and 12 weeks before and after treatment. Result:The control group got significant effect after 12 weeks treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group got significant effect after 8 weeks treatment(P<0.05). MASI score in the observaton group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of natural vitamin E capsules on chloasma treatment is safe and effective.更多还原
