土壤质地分布与烟叶品质和风格特色的关系

【摘要】 为明确土壤机械组成与烟叶品质及风格特色的关系,采集了全国8个省份浓香型烤烟产区78个点的土壤及烟叶样品,分析研究了浓香型烟区土壤质地分布状况及土壤机械组成与浓香型烟叶品质及风格特征形成的关系。结果表明,砂质土、粉砂质土和壤土在浓香型产区分布较多,占60%以上。烟叶的浓香型显示度和焦甜香均与土壤砂粒含量呈极显著的正相关,与粉粒和粘粒含量呈极显著的负相关。在土壤砂粒含量低于10%的范围内,烟叶浓香型显示度和焦甜香均随着砂粒含量的降低而急剧下降;当土壤粘粒含量高于25%时,烟叶的浓香型显示度降低,烟叶的焦甜香也显著降低。因此,适宜高砂粒、低粘粒含量的中质地土壤有利于优质浓香型烟叶品质形成和特色彰显。

【Abstract】 To find out the relationship of soil makeup with the quality and style of tobacco leaves,the samples of soil and tobacco leaf were collected from 78 sites in 8 provinces where tobacco was grown with robust flavor style. The results showed that more than 60% of the areas were of sand soil,silty soil or loam soil. The intensity of robust flavor style and burnt-sweetness scent of leaves significantly positively correlated to the content of sand grain,while significantly negatively correlated to the contents of silt and clay grains in soil. When the content of sand grain was lower than 10%, the intensity of robust flavor style and burnt-sweetness scent of leaves decreased sharply with the decrease of sand grain content in soil. When the content of clay grain was higher than 25%,the intensity of robust flavor style of leaves decreased and that of burnt-sweetness scent decreased significantly. In conclusion,the soil with appropriately higher sand grain content and lower clay grain content is beneficial to the formation of tobacco quality and the enhancement of robust flavor style.
