【摘要】 [背景]探讨关节镜下采用横穿钉及Intrafix系统固定同种异体肌腱单束重建前交叉韧带(ACL)的早期临床疗效.[病例报告]自2011年12月至2012年12月间给30例关节镜下证实为ACL断裂的患者,以同种异体肌腱为移植物,股骨端采用横穿钉,胫骨端采用Intrafix系统进行单束重建ACL,术后指导系统的康复治疗,按照Lysholm膝关节功能评分标准评估术后膝关节功能.30例患者随访6~24个月,临床症状消失,未发生严重并发症,关节活动均恢复正常,Lysholm膝关节功能评分由术前平均为(53.2±4.3)分提高至(93.1±3.6)分.[讨论]关节镜下采用横穿钉及Intrafix系统固定同种异体肌腱重建ACL临床疗效满意,具有手术时间短、操作简便、固定牢固、并发症少及术后早期活动等优点.更多还原

【Abstract】 BACKGROUNDTo study the early curative effects of fixing tendon allograft with cross pin and intrafix system under arthroscopy to reconstruct anterior cruciate ligament(ACL).CASE REPORTS 30 patients with fractured ACL were selected from December 2011to December 2012,and the tendon allograft was as transplant,cross pin was adopted in treatment of femur end,and Intrafix system was adopted in treatment of tibia end.Rehabilitation treatment for patients was directed after operation,and the post-operation knee function was evaluated according to the Lysholm knee functional score standard.30patients were followed up for 6-24months,and the clinical symptoms were disappeared,serious complication was unhappened,and the joint movements were returned to normal.The average Lysholm knee functional score increased from 53.2±4.3pre-operation to 93.1±3.6post-operation.DISCUSSION The fixing tendon allograft with cross pin and Intrafix system to reconstruct ACL has satisfactory curative effects with advantages of short operation time,firm fixation,low complications and quick postoperative recovery.更多还原
