【摘要】 目的探讨前列地尔注射液治疗糖尿病足的临床效果。方法将108例糖尿病足患者(均为单足)分为观察组和对照组,每组54例。所有患者均接受控制血糖水平的基础治疗,对照组患者给予红花黄色素静脉滴注,观察组患者给予前列地尔注射液静脉滴注,均为每日1次,连用2周。比较2组患者的临床疗效、足背动脉多普勒检测结果、血生物化学指标和不良反应。结果治疗2周后,观察组患者血超敏C反应蛋白水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01),2组患者总胆固醇和三酰甘油水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组患者治疗后足背动脉内径和血流速度均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善更显著(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01),不良反应发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论前列地尔注射液治疗糖尿病足安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical efficacy of alprostadil fat emulsiom injection for treating diabetic foot.Methods A total of 108 patients( one diabetic foot of each patient) with diabetic foot were divided into observation group and control group,with 54 cases in each group. All the patients had basis treatment to control blood sugar level. Patients in control group were treated with carthamin yellow injection. Patients in observation group were treated with alprostadil fat emulsiom injection. Two weeks as a course. The clinical efficacy,dorsalis pedis artery doppler detection results,serum biochemical indexes and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results After two weeks of treatment,the serum high sensitivity C reactive protein level in observation group was lower than that in control group( P < 0. 01),while the total cholesterol and triacylglycerol had no significant difference between the two groups( P > 0. 05). The arterial diameter and blood flowing velocity in the two groups improved more significantly after treatment than that before treatment( P < 0. 05),and the difference in observation group had more significance( P < 0. 05). The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference of adverse reaction between the two groups( P > 0. 05).
