水分胁迫对菊苣生理生化特性的影响
Effects of Water Stress on Physiological and Biochemical Characters of Cichorium intybus
【摘要】 为探索不同品种菊苣叶片在水分胁迫下的适应机理,同时为南方喀斯特地区筛选耐旱菊苣提供科学依据,以航天诱变新品系PA-82、PA-43和亲本普那菊苣进行水分胁迫处理,每隔3 d(共测定5次)测定叶片相对含水量(RWC)和水分饱和亏缺(WSD)、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质和脯氨酸(Pro)含量的变化。结果表明:随着水分胁迫时间的增加,叶片相对含水量下降,水分饱和亏缺则相对增加;可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量呈先增加后减少,可溶性蛋白质含量增加。经综合评价,3种菊苣的抗旱能力为PA-82>普那菊苣>PA-43。
【Abstract】 In order to explore the mechanism of adaptation to different C. intybus leaf blade under water stress and provide the scientific theoretical basis for drought-tolerant plant screening in South China Karst region. The space mutation strains PA-82,PA-43 and parent Puna Chicory were cultured under water stress. All measurements were determined in three days intervals,including leaf relative water content,water saturation deficit,soluble sugar,soluble protein and proline( Pro). The results indicated that leaf relative water content decreased significantly with the increase of stress time,while water deficit increased. However,soluble sugar and soluble protein raised first and declined continually later. Through comprehensive analysis,it was concluded that the drought resistant abilities of these three C. intybus ordered as PA-82 ﹥ Puna Chicory ﹥ PA-43.
