高硫煤磁选-浮选联合脱硫降灰的试验研究

【摘要】 为降低高硫煤的灰分和硫含量,在磨矿细度(<0.074 mm粒级质量分数)为97%、磁通密度为1.45 T、脉冲为25次/min的条件下,对破碎、磨矿后的原煤进行磁选;然后在煤浆浓度为80 g/L、抑制剂用量为1 500 g/t、捕收剂用量为1 700 g/t、起泡剂用量为90 g/t的条件下,对磁选精煤进行浮选。试验结果表明:破碎、磨矿后的原煤在最佳磁选-浮选条件可获得产率为69.98%、硫含量为2.02%、灰分为9.98%的精煤,满足产品质量要求。

【Abstract】 In order to reduce the ash and sulfur content,carried on the magnetic separation for the coal after crushing and grinding under the conditions of the grinding fineness( < 0. 074 mm particle mass fraction) 97%,the flux density 1. 45 T,pulse 25 times / min; And then took the magnetic separation coal for flotation under this conditions of the coal slurry concentration 80 g / L,inhibitor dosage 1 500 g / t,collector dosage 1 700 g / t,foaming agent dosage 90 g / t. The test results showed that: the coal after crushing and grinding can obtained yield 69. 98%,sulfur content 2. 02%,ash 9. 98% under the best magnetic separation flotation conditions which could meet the requirements of production.
