【摘要】 通过对2007—2012年北京市"科普惠农兴村计划"奖补对象和数量的分析,发现其存在的问题并提出解决措施。研究表明:北京市科普惠农兴村计划中存在分配数量不均、奖补资金不足、汇报材料不规范和缺乏指标体系等问题。针对这些问题,提出了增加资金投入、制定优惠政策、加大培训力度、建立评价指标体系和建立长效机制的解决措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the analyses of The Project on Science Popularization Benefiting Peasants and Prospering the Rural of objects and quantity analysis from 2007 to 2012,it could find out the existing problems and solutions.Research has shown that the project has follow issues such as assignment disparity,insufficient funds,materials,and index system.To solve these problems,we put forward to many suggestions,such as increase capital investment,formulate preferential policy,and intensify training,establishing the evaluation index system and the establishment of a long-term solutions mechanism.更多还原
