新疆高校青年教师思想状况调查研究

【摘要】 青年教师是高校思想政治教育的主力军。要全面、正确地评价青年教师的思想状况,改进和加强青年教师思想教育工作,充分发挥青年教师在高校思想政治工作中的重要作用。

【Abstract】 Young college teachers play an important role in ideological and political education in colleges.And it is vital to evaluate the ideological situation of them correctly and comprehensively. This article discusses how to improve the ideological education for young college teachers and make them exert themselves fully in ideological and political education in colleges.
