【摘要】 目的通过研究HIS系统对综合性医院感染科业务流程影响,旨在分析两者间的关系,推进医院信息化建设的进程。方法以宁夏某三甲医院为例,应用访谈法和问卷调查法调查其实施HIS前后感染科业务流程状况,利用SPSS11.5对HIS系统与工作效率、服务质量以及服务成本的影响进行多因素方差分析。结果结果显示,接近全部的科室工作人员赞成实施HIS系统,赞成比例达到67.86%,非常赞成比例达到32.14%;HIS的实施与工作效率、服务成本、服务质量的相关性分别为7.857、6.857、6.036,说明HIS系统实施与感染科工作效率的相关性最高。结论 HIS系统显著提高了科室工作效率,为科室业务流程的优化与再造提供了有力支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through research of the impact HIS has on the department of infectious diseases of general Hospital,we analyze the relationship between them to promote the process of hospital information construction. Method In Ningxia as an example of a hospital,application interviews and questionnaires are used to investigate the status of the implementation of business processes of infectious diseases around the HIS,HIS system utilization and work efficiency,quality of service and the impact on the cost of service SPSS11. 5 multivariate analysis of variance.
