【摘要】 目的调查成都市某垃圾处理场职工血清肿瘤标志物水平,以初步研究垃圾填埋场作业对其影响。方法组织该垃圾场在岗职工进行血清肿瘤特异性生长因子(Tumor Supplied Group of Factors,TsGF)、甲胎蛋白(Alpha-FetoProtein,AFP)和癌胚抗原(CarcinoEmbryonic Antigen,CEA)检测,并与对照组比较。结果垃圾处理场职工血清TsGF、AFP和CEA水平均低于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P≤0.05)。结论垃圾填埋场作业不会引起职工血清TsGF、AFP和CEA特异性升高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the level of serum tumor markers in a landfill workers in Chengdu, to preliminarily analyze influence of the operations on workers in landfill. Methods We checked the levels of TsGF, AFP and CEA of on-the-job workers in the landfill and compared with the control group. Results The serum TsGF, AFP and CEA of workers in landfill were lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P≤0.05). Conclusion Operations in landfill do not cause the specific elevation of serum TsGF, AFP and CEA.更多还原
