【摘要】 目的通过一起布鲁氏菌病聚集性疫情调查与分析,探讨布鲁氏菌病在低发病或无发病地区疫情发生的原因及流行病学特征,为制定预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法采用现场流行病学调查方法,对大悟发生的一起布鲁氏菌病聚集性疫情进行调查分析。结果由于检疫、监测、免疫措施落实不到位,职业人群个人防病意识差,卫生行为习惯不良,引发一起人间布鲁氏菌病聚集性疫情,共报告8例实验室诊断病例;对全县52个养殖户78名职业人群开展病例搜索,检测实验室阳性1例,采集40份非职业人群血样检测,未检出阳性结果。结论大悟县布鲁氏菌聚集性疫情由养殖户引进未经检疫的波尔山羊引起,建议在布鲁氏菌病低发病或无发病地区要注重综合防治措施的落实,加强易感动物管理,加大职业人群健康教育力度,搞好个人防护,加强对布病的认知。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through a typical case investigation and analysis to explore the incidence reasons and epidemiological characteristics of brucellosis in the low or no-risk areas,and provide scientific bases for the prevention and controlling measures. Methods The outbreak of brucellosis in Dawu in 2011 was investigated and analyzed by employing the field epidemiological survey method. Results The outbreak of brucellosis in Dawu was due to the existence of ineffective system of quarantine,surveillance,immunization. The unawareness of occupational disease prevention and bad health habits lead to the outbreak of human brucellosis,totally 8 cases were laboratory-confirmed; a research was carried out to 52 farmers 78 occupation groups in entire county,1 case was positive,collected 40 non-occupation population blood tests,no positive results were found. Conclusion The Brucella aggregation epidemic is introduced by the Boer goat brucellosis without quarantine introduced,it recommends pay attention to integrated control measures in low-incidence or non-incidence areas,strengthen the management of susceptible animals,increase the education about occupation health,do better in personal protection.
