一种适用于超高频射频识别的温度传感器
Temperature monitor suitable for UHF RFID
【摘要】 设计了一种采用双压控振荡器的适用于超高频射频识别(UHF RFID)应用的温度传感器,可应用于环境温度检测以及物流链中.由于采用了两个结构完全相同的压控振荡器,可以抵消工艺偏差和电源电压变化等因素带来的影响,使输出仅和温度有关.采用了时分工作方式,使电路在检测完温度以后处于关断状态,有效地避免了重复计数的问题,并使该传感器完全不影响整体标签的工作距离.采用SMIC0.18μm 2P4M EEPROM工艺进行流片,测试结果显示,标签读距离达到6m,写距离达到2.5m;在-40℃~+85℃温度范围内,温度测量精度为0.5℃,误差最大不超过±1.5℃.
【Abstract】 A temperature monitor,suitable for UHF RFID,which adopts a double voltage controlled oscillator(VCO)structure,is designed.The monitor can be used in environment temperature detection and in the supply chain.The output of the monitor is related with temperature only,for the impact of the process and supply voltage variation on the absolutely same VCOs can be counteracted.As the time divided module is adopted,the monitor will be shut down after the temperature is detected.In this module,the problem of recounting can be avoided,and the work range of the tag is not reduced.The design was implemented in SMIC 0.18μm 2P4 M EEPROM process.The read and write range of the tag is 6mand2.5mrespectively.And the temperature error is less than±1.5℃ during the range of-40℃~+85℃ with an accuracy of 0.5℃.
