催化氧化处理高浓度印染废水的催化剂研究

【摘要】 针对空气湿式催化氧化处理高浓度印染废水,采用活性氧化铝作载体,双组份金属氧化物(Cu、Fe、Mn、Co、Ni、Ce)为活性组分,制备了一种高效催化剂,并对该催化剂的制备工艺进行了实验研究。获得了该催化剂的最佳制备工艺:用一定浓度的HNO3、NaOH分别对活性氧化铝载体进行酸洗和碱洗,再用蒸馏水洗至中性;每10 g载体的活性组分负载量为20×10-3mol;2种活性组分的摩尔比为8∶1;采用共浸法浸渍24 h,室温下干燥后再于100℃烘干;最后在500℃下煅烧3 h。

【Abstract】 For the treatment of high-concentration printing and dyeing wastewater by catalytic wet air oxidation,a kind of high efficient catalyst is prepared using activated alumina as the carrier and double-component metal oxides( Cu,Fe,Mn,Co,Ni,Ce) as the active components. The preparation process of the catalyst is investigated. The optimum experimental conditions are determined. The activated alumina carrier is cleaned by using HNO3 and NaOH,respectively,and washed with distilled water to neutral. The active load is 20 × 10- 3mol per 10 gram carrier and the molar ratio of two kinds of active component M1 /M2 is 8 ∶ 1. It is impregnated for 24 h with co-impregnation method,dried at room temperature and finally calcinated at 100℃ for 3 h.
