【摘要】 目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声对子宫内胚胎组织残留的诊断价值。方法:对98例流产或产后子宫收缩不良,不规则阴道出血的患者进行彩色多普勒超声观察。结果:98例中超声发现有胚胎组织残留宫腔内41例,与临床清宫后病理结果对照,病理诊断44例,超声诊断符合率93.2%(41/44)。结论:彩色多普勒超声对子宫内胚胎组织残留的诊断准确率较高,能为临床治疗提供可靠依据,并对清宫定位具有指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the diagnostic value of color doppler ultrasonography in intrauterine embryo tissue residues.Methods:98 patients with abortion or postpartum uterine contraction bad,abnormal vaginal bleeding were observed by color doppler ultrasonography.Results:In 98 cases,ultrasound found that 41 cases were intrauterine residual embryonic organization.Compared with the pathologic result after clinical kiyomiya,44 cases were pathologic diagnosis,the coincidence rate of ultrasound diagnosis was 93.2%(41/44).Conclusion:The accuracy rate of color doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of intrauterine embryo tissue residues is higher.It can provide a reliable basis for timely and correct treatment in clinical,and has a guiding significance for the kiyomiya position.更多还原
