【摘要】 目的:探讨静脉输液持针穿刺方法不同对患者疼痛的影响。静脉输液是临床常用的、普遍的治疗方式,具有给药及时、剂量准确、起效快等优点。然而静脉输液是一种侵入性操作,会造成一定的创伤,因而大多数患者对静脉输液具有一种恐惧感。随着医学模式的改变,追求"以人为本"的护理理念,提高静脉输液的质量,减轻患者输液时的疼痛,最大限度地使患者身心处于舒适状态,提高患者满意度,现已成为护理工作的重点。方法:将2700例输液患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用新的持针穿刺法进行静脉输液,对照组采用传统的静脉输液穿刺方法,观察两组静脉输液穿刺疼痛的性质,穿刺成功率及患者满意度等。结果:新的持针静脉输液穿刺方法在穿刺成功率、疼痛性质及患者满意度上都优于传统静脉输液穿刺法(P<0.05)。结论:对静脉输液患者采取新的持针穿刺输液可减轻患者的疼痛,穿刺成功率高,患者满意,减轻了患者对静脉输液穿刺时的恐惧感。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of intravenous infusion needle puncture on patients with pain.Intravenous infusion of clinical commonly used,common treatment methods have advantages,to timely,accurate dosage,medicine quick etc.However, intravenous infusion is an invasive operation,will cause a certain degree of trauma,and most patients have a fear of intravenous infusion.Along with the change of medical model,the pursuit of "human centered" management idea,improve the quality of intravenous infusion,relieve pain during infusion,maximize the patients body and mind in a comfortable state,improve the satisfaction of patients,it has become the key of nursing work.Methods:2700 cases of transfusion patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group with the new needle puncture for intravenous infusion,the control group using traditional venipuncture method,properties of two groups were observed in patients with venous transfusion puncture, puncture success rate and patient satisfaction.Results:The new needle of venous transfusion puncture method in the success rate of puncture,the nature of pain and patient satisfaction are superior to the traditional venous transfusion puncture(P<0.05). Conclusion:Take needle puncture infusion can reduce the pain of patients with intravenous infusion of new,high successful puncture rate,patient satisfaction,relieve patients of intravenous infusion of fear.更多还原
