【摘要】 目的:探讨计卫资源整合后的社区流产后计划生育服务实施策略与效果。方法:研究计卫资源整合后的社区流产后计划生育服务新模式实施策略与效果。选择门诊计划生育手术患者登记信息,对就诊患者100例进行电话调查获得有效问卷为对照组(原服务模式),另100例电话调查获得有效问卷为实施服务组。针对两组流产后计划生育效果进行综合评价。结果:实施服务组1年内避孕知识知晓率(98%)、避孕药具应用率(85%)高于对照组(53%、56%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施服务组1年内重复流产率(11%)低于对照组(36%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:计卫资源整合后的社区流产后计划生育服务新模式的探索,将会对优质的PAFPS(流产后计划生育服务)工程带来新的内涵,发挥深远的医疗、社会及经济效益,可能更适合我国国情。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of family planning publicity after community abortion after family planning and health resource integration.Methods:To research the implementation strategy and effect of the new pattern of family planning service after community abortion after family planning and health resource integration.We selected the registered information of outpatient family planning operation patients from 2011 August to 2012 August.100 patients were conducted a telephone survey to obtain effective questionnaire as the control group(the original service mode).We selected the registered information of outpatient family planning operation patients from 2012 August to 2013 August.100 patients were conducted a telephone survey to obtain effective questionnaire as the implementing service group.Family planning effect after abortion of the two groups was evaluated.Results:The awareness rate of contraceptive knowledge(98%) and the using of contraceptive rate(85%) in 1 year of the implementing service group was higher than that of the control group(53%,56%).There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). Repeated abortion rate(11%) of the implementing service group was lower than that of the control group(36%).There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The new pattern of family planning service after community abortion after family planning and health resource integration will bring new connotation to the high quality PAFPS(post abortion family planning service)project,develop far-reaching Medical,social and economic benefits,and may be more suitable for the situation of our country.更多还原
