【摘要】 目的了解青田县娱乐场所"三陪"人员的乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染率及其感染模式。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测273例"三陪"人员的血清HBV五项标志物HBsAg、HBsAb、HBeAg、HBeAb和HBcAb,并比较不同年龄HBsAg阳性率差异。结果 273例"三陪"人员血清检测,HBV感染者194例,总感染率为71.1%;其中HBsAg阳性25例,阳性率为9.2%;不同年龄HBV的HBsAg感染率的差异有统计学意义。结论娱乐场所"三陪"人员是HBV高危人群,有必要加强对此类人群的监测和行为干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the rate and modes of HBV infection among female commercial sex workers in entertainment places in Qingtian county.Conclusion HBV serological markers including HBsAg,HBsAb,HBeAg,HBeAb and HBcAb were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)among 273female commercial sex workers and compared the positive rates among different age groups.Results In the 273female commercial sex workers,194had been infected by HBV,with the infection rate of 71.1%.Among them,25were positive for HBsAg(9.2%).There were significant differences among the age groups.Conclusion Female commercial sex workers in entertainment places are one of the high risk populations for HBV infection.It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring and behavioral intervention in this kind of population.更多还原
