葡萄糖氧化酶解除黄曲霉毒素M1的应用研究

【摘要】 试验旨在研究葡萄糖氧化酶解除黄曲霉毒素M1毒性的应用效果。选择含有7.2μg/kg(A组)和19.5μg/kg(B组)黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)的玉米饲料,分别添加5‰固体和液体葡萄糖氧化酶制剂,连续饲喂奶牛10 d,同时和延后测定鲜牛奶和尿中黄曲霉毒素M1(AFM1)量。测定数据表明,与AFB1组相比,固体酶A组产牛奶中AFM1未检出,B组中AFM1含量平均减少了76.47%;液体酶A组产牛奶中AFM1未检出,B组中AFM1平均减少了82.35%。尿中AFM1量减少了75%、70.5%和75%、73.1%;与对照组相比,牛奶产量、牛奶中蛋白质及脂肪含量没有变化。

【Abstract】 The purpose of the experiment was to study the application effect of glucose oxidase to remove the toxicity of aflatoxin(AF) M1.Corn feed containing 7.2 μg/kg(A group) and 19.5μg/kg(B group) was selected and added with 5‰ glucose oxidase solid and liquid preparation,and feed milk cow at 10 days in succession,then determine the AFM,content in fresh milk and urine in the meantime and afterwards.The determined data indicated,as compared with AFB,group,AFM,content from fresh milk of solid enzyme A group was not determined,while in B group AFM,decreased by 76.47% in average;AFM,from fresh milk of the liquid enzyme A group was not determined,while in B group AFM,decreased by 82.35% in average.AFM,from urine decrease by 75%,70.5% and 75%,73.1% as compared with control groups;no changes in content of protein and fat in milk.
